A: You'll receive an order confirmation email faster than a third shot drop! If you don't see it within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us.

A: Our Chat with a Pro service connects you with experienced players who can help you find your perfect paddle match.


Q: How does it work?


A: After taking our Paddle Finder quiz, you can chat directly with a pro about your recommendations and any questions you have about finding your ideal paddle.

A: Orders ship within 1-2 business days, and we'll send you tracking details faster than a speedy serve.

Q: What's your return policy?


A: We want you to love your paddle! If it's not a perfect match, you have 14 days to return your paddle and we will help you find a better match. 

PADDLE WARRANTY


Q: What's covered under warranty?


A: All our paddles come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. If something doesn't seem right, reach out to us right away.

DEMO PADDLES


Q: Do you offer demo paddles?


A: While we don't currently offer demos, we do provide detailed paddle specifications, player reviews, and personalized recommendations through our Paddle Finder quiz and Chat with a Pro service.



GIFT CARDS


Q: Do you offer gift cards?


A: Yes! Share the love of pickleball with a Sona gift card.


Q: How do I purchase a gift card?


A: Simply select "Gift Cards" from our menu and choose your amount. We'll deliver it electronically to your recipient's email.



PADDLES WITH PURPOSE


Q: What is Paddles with Purpose?


A: Coming soon! Our paddle donation program will help get more kids playing pickleball in schools. We collect gently used paddles and get them into the hands of students eager to learn the game.
