What is your return policy?

30-Day Return Window
We want you to find your perfect paddle. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Paddle must be unused and in original condition
- No signs of play (scratches, scuffs, or court marks)
- Original packaging included
- Grip must be unaltered (no overwrap applied)
How to Return:
- Email support@sonapickleball.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Ship your paddle back within 7 days
- Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs:
- Exchanging for a different paddle? We cover return shipping
- Returning for a refund? $10 shipping fee deducted from refund
- Received a defective paddle? We cover all shipping costs
Non-Returnable:
- Used paddles with signs of play
- Paddles with modified grips
- Items marked "Final Sale"

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Click the tracking number in that email to follow your package's progress.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history - each order displays its current status and tracking details. We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse, with delivery to most US addresses in 3-5 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our warehouse team works quickly to get your order out the door, so we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they're placed. Orders typically begin processing within a few hours.
Can I be notified when a paddle is back in stock?
Yes! When you find an out-of-stock paddle, look for the "Notify Me" button on the product page. Enter your email address, and we'll alert you as soon as it's available again.
Popular paddles tend to sell quickly, so we recommend acting fast when you receive a restock notification. We typically restock our best sellers every 2-3 weeks, though limited edition models may not return once sold out.
What are your shipping options?
We keep it simple with three shipping options from our fulfillment center:
Free Economy Shipping
- Free on orders $99+ (covers all our paddles!)

- Perfect if you're planning ahead
Standard Shipping
- $7.00 flat rate
- 3-4 business days
- Our most popular option for faster delivery
Express Shipping
- $10.00 flat rate
- 1-2 business days
- When you need your paddle ASAP for that weekend tournament
All orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information to follow your package every step of the way.
Note: We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and apply to most US addresses once your order leaves our warehouse.
What are the warranties on the paddles that your pros curate and you sell?
Every paddle brand we carry includes manufacturer warranty coverage. Most brands include a 1-year warranty. These warranties cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, not normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Keep your receipt, and if you notice any defects, contact us and we'll help you navigate the warranty process with the manufacturer.

How do I manage my email preferences or unsubscribe?
You're in control of what you receive from us. At the bottom of every email, you'll find an "Update Preferences" link where you can customize which types of emails you'd like to receive - whether that's new product announcements, sales, or restock notifications.
To unsubscribe completely, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can always resubscribe later if you'd like to hear from us again. If you're waiting for a specific paddle to come back in stock, we recommend keeping restock notifications active so you don't miss out.
