Meet the Founders


Picture this: A tech-savvy athlete and a comedy-loving pro player walk into a West Hollywood coffee shop... No, this isn't the start of a joke – it's actually how Sona began. Eliot, an actor-turned-pickleball pro with perfect comedic timing, and Amy, who brings a curious mind and competitive spirit to every challenge, discovered they shared an obsession with the perfect paddle.


The Wall & The Strategist


Eliot ("The Wall") brings his Atlanta charm and LA cool to the court as a professional player and coach. Whether he's teaching, playing, or matching players with paddles, he brings both expertise and joy to the game.


Amy ("The Strategist") blends her analytical mind with a genuine passion for the game. When she's not studying player patterns or testing paddles, she's focused on making paddle selection simpler for every player.


Together, they're on a mission to transform how players find their perfect paddle. By combining Eliot's on-court expertise with Amy's tech-savvy approach, they've created something unique in the pickleball world: bringing both art and science to paddle selection. (And yes, they still talk about shot techniques, strategies, and their favorite new paddle over coffee...)
